I have now bought two properties with Maude - my first condo and my dream home.  Maude was able to sort out what it was that I needed without me even really knowing myself.  She showed up to every viewing early, and had gone through the property before I arrived.  When I got there, she was able to quickly tell me the pros and cons so that I had a grip on what I was looking at.  This not only saved time, but allowed me to be objective and make good decisions.  She has a real grip on the market in both Toronto and north of the city (my condo was in Midtown and my home is north) and was not afraid to give advice on pricing, offers and always had her finger on the pulse of what things were worth vs what people were paying for them.

Maude will not sugar coat anything, but when the "perfect" property arises she will move quickly and do what it takes to secure it.  She is happy to take your lead, but has a way of gently guiding you to what you really want even if it's not totally clear to you in the moment.  I will never use another agent for any real estate transaction!
